Artisan Films and Artisan Cameras

was founded by Cliff Thomas in 2007.

 

Cliff is a Cameraman and Jib owner operator with twenty years experience

working for companies such as 

ITV,  Channel 4, Channel 5 News, Sky News,

Al-Jazeera Arabic News, Sky One, Sky Sports, Island Records, IMG, ESPN and Working Title Films.

 

Since Artisan Films and Artisan Cameras were founded ten years

ago we have shot in various locations

for many varied clients. 

From a park in London shooting a music video to St Paul's Cathedral Crypt for Absolute Radio and the band Elbow, shooting the first ever gig at the venue

and from Cornwall to Cyprus and Austria to Qatar. 

 

Artisan Cameras is based on the belief that the needs

Artisan Cameras currently owns a  Super Plus Triangle Jimmy Jib with the option of going up to 40 foot in reach.

We also have a three wheel crab and dolly base with both studio and pneumatic off road wheels as well as

a four wheel crab and dolly base with studio wheels

and track wheels with thirty foot of track

 

We now also have the DJI Ronin, camera stabiliser for hire, as well as the DJI Osmo.
